Levi’s most flexible jeans type, called Performance jeans, is targeted towards young, active teenagers and young adults. As there is a lot of variety in terms of color, type of wash, and trouser leg style, finding the right fit for you is not always easy.
Vi created a conversational advertising campaign where the target audience can easily find their perfect jeans by answering a few questions. By using a chatbot-like interface, the user experience has a low threshold and invites interaction.
At the end of the journey, the user is shown a carousel with jeans selected by the answers given, and a click takes the user straight to the product page on the Levi’s website.
