Challenges

  1. In the current advertising landscape we often see traditional advertising such as display, video, rich media, native and social ads. These ads are often good to use for the awareness layer. Daka was looking for a solution to increase conversion.
  2. There is a huge variety in hockey sticks, so when consumers buy a hockey stick, they take many personal preferences (e.g. balance, curve, weight, stiffness, etc) into account.

An omnichannel conversational experience that would combine high impact banners with dynamic retargeting to help consumers find the right sports item.

An extended version of the conversational interface was implemented in order to give the customer a playful and trustworthy way to find the best hockey stick.
